Is it safe to outsource web development to Pakistan?
Yes, if the agency works with written scope, milestones and a contract. Pakistan is the third-largest freelance and software export market in the world, and agencies like Fox Logic have served foreign clients for years. We sign an NDA on request, assign IP to you in the contract, and everything (domain, hosting, code) is registered in your name from day one.
How do payments work from the USA, Canada or Europe?
Invoices are in USD (EUR or GBP on request). Clients pay by Wise, Payoneer or SWIFT bank transfer. Projects are billed in milestones, typically 40% to start, 30% at design approval and 30% at launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
What are your working hours in my time zone?
We work 10:00 to 19:00 Pakistan time (UTC+5). That is the full working day for the UK, EU and Gulf. For the US and Canada we schedule calls 09:00 to 11:00 Eastern and handle the rest asynchronously with written updates and Loom videos, so you start each morning with progress in your inbox.
How much does it cost to outsource web development to Pakistan?

Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Source code, design files, domain, hosting and analytics are set up in accounts you own, and the contract assigns intellectual property to you on final payment. We keep nothing you would need to move to another vendor.

Pakistan or India for outsourcing web development?
Both have deep talent pools. Pakistan is usually 15 to 30 percent cheaper for the same seniority, English fluency is comparable, and the time difference to the US and Europe is one hour less than India. The bigger difference is the agency, not the country: ask for references, staging links and a written scope from anyone you consider.
